兩百多平米的建筑面積，作為一家中古商店而言，并不算緊湊。奢侈品商店設(shè)計(jì)加之較高的建筑層高關(guān)系，甚至可以算得上空間富裕。但因其C字型的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，以及居中的兩根大立柱而產(chǎn)生的空間限制，讓原本寬敞的物理空間，顯得猶如被拆分開來的獨(dú)立小方塊。如果設(shè)計(jì)按照現(xiàn)有的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)定而展開，勢必會大大減弱空間的體驗(yàn)感。

The floor area is more than 200m2, as a vintage store is not compact. Combined with the high building height, it can even be regarded as space-rich. However, since the “C” shape building structure and the space limitation caused by the two large columns in the center, make the originally spacious physical space appear as if it were separated into independent small squares. If the design is developed according to the existing building structure settings, the experience of space would be significantly reduced.

同時(shí)，作為一家臨街商鋪，受限于山城獨(dú)特的地形特征。原建筑空間關(guān)系與室外坡道形成了兩種截然不同的空間關(guān)系。奢侈品商店設(shè)計(jì)面向門頭的右邊建筑明顯高于街道，而左邊建筑則遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于街道的完成面。這不僅影響了室內(nèi)外的空間關(guān)系和行動(dòng)路線，也會因?yàn)楦叩吐洳铌P(guān)系，埋下雨水倒灌進(jìn)室內(nèi)的安全隱患。

綜上所述，我們不僅僅是要搭建一個(gè)可供銷售產(chǎn)品的商店。而是在保證基本訴求的前提下。奢侈品商店設(shè)計(jì)更需要滿足的是個(gè)性化的商業(yè)表達(dá)，這將與主理人的狀態(tài)密切相關(guān)，但也不僅僅只是對她個(gè)人喜好的表達(dá)，同時(shí)還需滿足她們在真實(shí)使用狀態(tài)下的考慮。那種屬于重慶女人獨(dú)有的灑脫和自由的狀態(tài)，當(dāng)然，我認(rèn)為，這也是一種骨子里所散發(fā)出來的自信感。我希望這樣的空間，應(yīng)該是可以翹著二郎腿，叼著香煙跟您一起探討產(chǎn)品價(jià)值觀的舒適感。
